A free survival game in your browser, with nights that are dangerous
VoxWish is a free voxel survival game that runs in your browser without a download. Days are for gathering and building. Nights are dark, cold and full of things that hunt — and a fire is what keeps you alive.
Your body keeps the score
Hunger, thirst, cold and sickness do not just drain a bar — they act on your body. Your sight blurs, your steps slow, your hands shake. Water goes bad unless you boil it. Tools wear out, and a campfire burns down unless you feed it.
The night
When the sun goes down, the light goes with it. The night is made of many small dangers rather than one big one: the cold, the dark, wolves that hunt in packs, and now and then a panther. Each one announces itself — you hear it before it hurts you — and each one has an answer. Fire and light are your safe zone.
Stay outside at night without a fire, and you can be killed. If that happens, the death screen tells you what got you and one thing that would have helped.
Fire, shelter and the first settlers
Survival starts around a campfire. Keep it fed, build a shelter inside its light, and the camp grows: people move in one by one, and the camp becomes a village. The later ages — a castle town, a harbour, a city of today and the neon city of 2077 — come with the full version, which is coming to Steam: add VoxWish to your Steam wishlist.
Seasons
Spring, summer, autumn and winter take turns in the same world. In winter the cold bites harder without the sun, water freezes, and the ice will carry you — carefully, it is slippery. More in a voxel survival game with seasons.
Built from your wishes
Press F1 while you play and wish for anything. Every wish we take on lands on the public wish board, and what we build stays there with both dates: when it was wished for, and when it landed in the world.

- Yes. Days are bright and nights are really dark. Fire and light are where you are safe.
- Can you be killed in VoxWish?
- Yes, in survival. The death screen tells you what happened and gives you one tip for next time.
- Is it free, and does it need a download?
- It is free in the browser, needs no account and no download, and has no ads. The full version with all six ages is coming to Steam.
- Does my world save?
- Yes. Worlds save in your browser, and you can export a world as a file to keep it or to carry it to another device.
- Is there multiplayer?
- VoxWish is a single-player game.
